Milo Mille Crepe. The mille crepe is good on its own without the toppings and sauce. But with it… it was just heavenly! Here is a picture of the Milo volcano cake I took while I was at Petite Audrey, Bangkok.

Below my slightly modified version, adjusted the quantities of ingredients and replaced the cocoa powder with Milo. Sprinkle some Milo on each Crêpe with whipped cream. Gâteau Mille Crêpes is a classic French cake.

Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat Milo Mille Crepe :
- 30 gr gula halus.
- 60 gr milo bubuk.
- 350 ml susu cair (ultra).
- 120 gr tepung terigu.
- 85 gr mentega cair (blueband).
- 2 butir telur.
- Cream.
- 50 gr milo bubuk.
- 100 gr whip cream bubuk (haan).
- 200 ml air es.
- secukupnya Vanila esen.
The crêpes are layered with maple-scotch pasty cream and covered in caramelized sugar. Stack crepes on top of each other, with whipped cream between each layer. Once assembled, trim edges for a cleaner look, if desired. For the ganache, bring the heavy cream and sugar to a boil, and pour over chocolate and butter.
Langkah-langkah untuk membuat Milo Mille Crepe :
- Campur tepung, milo, dan gula halus. Aduk rata..
- Tambahkan susu cair. Aduk perlahan. Pakai spatula aja bisa kok..
- Tambahkan telur ke dalam adonan. Aduk..
- Tambahkan mentega cair. Aduk rata. Terakhir, saring adonan agar tidak ada yg menggumpal...
- Panaskan teflon anti lengket. Ku pakai size diameter sekitar 15cm. Cetak adonan sampai habis. *waktu kelar crepe pertama, tes rasa aja ya.. sesuaikan dengan selera lagi. Jgn terlalu manis karena ada cream juga*.
- Untuk cream, campurkan whipped bubuk dan air es. Mixer kecepatan tinggi sekitar 4 menit. Tambahkan milo bubuk dan vanila di tengah mixer..
- Susun lapis demi lapis hingga habis.. kalo masih ada sisa cream, bisa dijadikan lapisan luar cake. Jika sudah rapi, masukan ke kulkas sekitar 2 jam. Keluarkan, taburi milo di atasnya.. sajikan deh..
